DTF (direct-to-film) printing is the most flexible decoration method we offer. We print your design onto a film, bond it with adhesive powder, and heat-press it onto the garment. The result is a vivid, full-color transfer with a soft, stretchy hand that works on cotton, polyester, blends, nylon and tough-to-print darks.
Because there are no screens to set up, DTF has no real minimum — one shirt costs the same per print as the tenth. That makes it perfect for small batches, one-off names and numbers, sample runs, and full-color designs with gradients and fine detail.
